Therasports Counseling, our mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy services  and sport performance counseling for children, teens, and adults in individual and group settings. Our clinical approach is holistic and focused on empowering clients to recognize and cultivate their inner strengths and resources toward healing. We also believe in collaboration and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with our clients. We value open communication, active listening, and empathy, ensuring clients feel safe, heard, respected, and supported.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for healing because of their innate strengths and capabilities, each of which can be harnessed and utilized to overcome challenges and achieve goals. We create an authentic and non-judgmental environment where clients can tune into their whole being – mind, body, and spirit. Our clinicians have extensive education and training to help clients impacted by single episode and complex trauma in addition to sports performance difficulties such as anxiety, mental blocks, and sport trauma..
